Who Are You?

I’ve asked myself similar questions a lot lately. Here’s what I know…

My Life Purpose is… to love and encourage people, offering them grace and hope.

My Life Motto is… living for the applause of nail-scarred hands

My Life Verse is… Matthew 25:21, which reads, “The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’”

There are probably some other things about my personality and such that I am beginning to hone in on. But some of those are things I’m pretty sure about. The three things above, though… If I get to the end of this part of life on earth and people cannot quickly and easily and truthfully say that I did those things, I will have failed. But if they can say those things about me, then I have succeeded.

And it starts at home for me… My wife has to feel like I’ve been an incredible husband. My kids need to believe that I have loved them and done my best to give them every possible opportunity to be all they can be. As a result of those relationships working right, I have energy to then serve others in life.

So, let me ask you… and I truly hope you will respond to me either by posting a comment on this post, commenting on the social media where you are reading it, emailing me or texting me with your response…

Who are you?

– How do you see yourself?

– How do others see you?

– Why are are you on this planet at this time in history? (You have a purpose, ya know.)

– What would your motto be?

– If you could have any superpower to be able to help people, what would it be and why?

– Do you have a life verse or quote which motivates your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors?

I know this can be a challenging quest. I don’t have it all figured out yet. But let’s go on this quest together. And since we’ll be traveling together, I’d love to know… Who Are You?
